Bill Graves
President & CEO
Bill Graves comes to South Cove with 20 years of experience as a nursing home administrator and as a nationally recognized leader in resident-centered care. Bill previously led St. Camillus Health Center in Whitinsville and highlights of his tenure include accreditation by the Joint Commission, or JCAHO, and development of both a designated memory care neighborhood within the facility and an off-site Adult Day Health Program.
Former Chair of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Nursing Home Administrators, Bill also serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association.
Li Chen
Administrator
Li Chen recently celebrated her 27th anniversary at South Cove, serving as a staff nurse, staff educator, and Director of Nursing before earning licensure as a nursing home administrator in 2006 and assuming her current position. Li holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and completed a Business Administration program at Ocean Business School. Li is a past Board member of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association, and a member of the Massachusetts Culture Change Coalition. Li previously served as a Chair on the Board of Directors of the Chinese American Nurses Association of New England, and currently is on the Nursing Advisory Board for Bunker Hill Community College, and Board of Director at Tufts Medical Center of Asian Health Initiative.
Michael O'Brien
Director of Nursing Services
Michael O'Brien is our Director of Nursing and has worked exclusively in long term care since becoming a nurse. With a degree in nursing from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, he quickly found his calling in caring for the geriatric population. Michael has previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, and Unit Manager. Michael is a tremendous addition to our team and has quickly become accepted by our nursing staff and management team.

Scott Hanson
Director of Finance
Scott Hanson has over 30 years of experience in the finance field, including over 12 years in nursing center finance, operations, accounting management and financial analysis. He joined the South Cove team at the end of 2013, having served as the Controller and Administrative Operations Manager for Starr Health Group. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.
